CONFORMAL COATING MACHINE SPRAYS SELECTIVELY.
The PVA 650 conformal coating spraying machine eliminates
all masking of PCB assemblies prior to coating application.
It has a fully programmable 3 or 4 axis overhead gantry
system which holds up to 3 coating valves that dispense different widths
of spray. These valves are selected automatically during the coating process to
optimise material application.
Unlike hand spraying or dipping, none of the coating
material is wasted, as it is all deposited on the PCB. The machine has built in
fume extraction and can be linked to a curing oven allowing the whole
process to be automatic from board loading to finished cured board.
