New to our range is the Riebesam Professional Aqueous PCB cleaning machine. It fills a gap at the high end of PCB cleaning and defluxing, exceeding mil specs and aerospace industry requirements.

The Riebesam 23-03T machine is manufactured to the highest quality standards and we recommend the use of Zestron's Vigon cleaning fluid diluted 25/75% with water.

The first rinse is with mains water followed by a washing cycle with heated water and Vigon solution. This is followed by cold water rinse and a De-ionised water rinse. The conductivity of the rinse water is measured to ensure that the desired level of cleanliness has been reached. The cycle can be repreated if stubborn residues remain.

Drying is fast and efficient using the ultra high powered blower within the machine. Cycle times vary according to the component totography but an average cycle will take less than 1 hour.
