The iON 4.3 - NOT a traditional magnifying glass!
The iON 4.3 is an award winning innovative handheld electronic magnifier which has been deliberately designed to replicate the look and feel of a regular magnifying glass, making it extremely easy and intuitive to use.
Instead of using a traditional lens to magnifiy and view information, the iON 4.3 uses unique display technology and an integrated camera. This produces incredible image quality and offers a wide viewing angle alllowing the user to view the magnified informartion much more comfortably. This also helps to improve posture when compared to using a traditional handheld magnifying glass, as it eliminates the constant leaning over to look through the lens. The iON 4.3's ergonomic design provides comfortable use, even in awkward to access areas and its LED illumination modes can be adjusted and switched for use in poor lighting conditions, this also helps to view items more clearly.
In addition to superior image quality the iON 4.3 offers extensive features which are not available from a regular handheld magnifying glass. Firstly, it uses liquid lens technology which provides variable magnification with both, near and far focus operation. It is also able to capture and store up to 100 high quality magnified images in its internal memory and if required, transfer them to a PC. The iON 4.3 is even equipped with unique (patent applied for) adjustable dimensioning lines and grids which can be used to measure in both the X and Y axis.
With its ESD safe casing and incredible versatility, the iON 4.3 is the ultimate tool for inspection operators and technicians in a wide variety of industries.
