iPulse M10 Compact SMT Placement Machine
Having the same technical
specification but with half the feeder capacity of the M20, the iPulse M10 is
the perfect solution for modular SMT lines working either working in companion
with the M20, as multiple M10’s for high speed applications or as a single
machine solution where a larger feeder capacity is not needed.
The M10 has all the features
of its bigger brother the M20, so nothing has been compromised with regard to
technical capability. Utilising the same range of interchangeable feeder banks
and tray handlers, the M10 makes an excellent compliment to existing I-Pulse
lines and a highly flexible mounter for the placement of fine pitch and tray
feed parts. It also performs extremely well in the role of odd- form placer and
Hybrid assembly machine.
The ability to configure the
M10 with head variants to handle standard SMT, AOI, odd form placement, and fit
dispense and flux transfer heads makes the M20/M10 series uniquely flexible. Like
the M20 it has full pressure control for placement, board warp detection and constant
monitoring of machine accuracy.
All I-Pulse mounters are able
to link directly to the unique Essegi Intelligent component storage cabinets
providing users with a fully networked production and component kitting
function, further enhancing the speed of job change and with the added benefit
of ‘closed loop stock control’ on the shop floor.
